Students learn about the various stakeholders involved in sports organizations, including players, coaches, agents, sponsors, and fans, and how to effectively communicate and work with these groups to achieve organizational goals.

One of the main objectives of this course is to develop students’ leadership skills and provide them with the tools to become effective managers in the sports industry. This includes learning how to create and implement strategies, make decisions, delegate tasks, manage budgets and resources, create and execute marketing campaigns.
